The app features two programs: one for smokers who want to quit and another for caregivers who want to help a smoker quit. The smoker program has four phases: preparation, reduction, prevention, and maintenance. It includes features such as tracking the number of smoke-free days, money saved, and time saved, as well as a personalized response to the user's daily cigarette count. In case of an emergency, the app also includes a red button to avoid relapse.
